LAndmarks are a regular feature of various cities and towns, but there are ones that are recognized by people from all over the world. This app called Famous Monuments of the World will help you to educate young ones about various monuments in different places. The app is designed like a quiz and kids are asked to guess the name of each monument shown. This way, they are able to learn the correct names of various monuments.
Some features of the app
The monuments are divided into 2 levels of difficulty.
- Those that are easier to guess: such as the Eiffel Tower in Paris and the Statue of Liberty in New York.
- Monuments that are known only to the experienced travelers: Roman Theatre of Mérida (Spain), Kizhi Pogost in Karelia (Russia), and Newgrange in County Meath (Ireland).
So play this quiz with your kids or even any adult that wants to learn more about world monuments.
