Relephant is an easy to use and awesome organiser of screen shots you take for different purposes. Sometimes we need a screen shot after sometime but we forgot where that has been saved and took time to find one that is required. It is a great tool to organise all of your screenshots in such a way that it will be very handy to use them later at any time.
