steem-engine api instability is affecting steemfinex

As usual :( steem-engine api is unstable again, which is also affecting @steemfinex.

In such case, there is nothing @steemfinex can do. For instance, keychain steem-engine token history is also not working properly.

So far, there has been no single accident due to @steemfinex's own problem.
All the delays so far were due to either steem or steem-engine.

As usual, any transfer will be resumed after steem-engine api recovery.
