[resolved] API server problem affected steemfinex / [복구완료] API서버장애로 스팀파이넥스/파이넥스 지연

For the last a few hours, anyx.io steem API server had a problem, which also had affected busy and @steemfinex's delay, which was automatically resolved by @steemfinex retry logic. Most users (since there are not many txs on @steemfinex :) were not actually affected.

API server (including steem-engine) problem is something that @steemfinex cannot handle. If it happens, delay just occurs.
@steemfinex has relatively stable retry logic, so in most cases, delay is resolved automatically as this time.

@steemfinex has used anyx.io since last HF's steemit server problem, but now it uses api.steemit.com, so hopefully it'll work more stably from now on.
So far, @steemfinex has not had any single accident due to @steemfinex's problem.

But today most steem services seem unstable, so use it on your own risk. For instance, try it with a smaller amount (but >=1 STEEM/STEEMP) first, and if confirmed, do the rest amount.

While anyx.io had a problem, @anyx's server is an incredible resource for steem community. It is also one of the most stable and fast API servers without API limit. anyx.io API 서버가 장애가 있어서 busy 와 @steemfinex, @finex에 잠시 지연이 발생했습니다. 현재도 다시 busy는 안되는 것 같고 @steemfinex등은 api서버를 스팀잇서버로 변경하였기에 현재 영향이 없습니다.

일단 busy의 경우 이전에도 이미 설명드린대로 api사용량문제로 busy는 스팀잇서버를 쓸수가 없고 그외에 가장 안정적으로 빠르게 동작하는 서버가 anyx인데 모처럼 장애가 몇시간 있었네요.

지난 하드포크때 스팀잇 서버가 정상적으로 동작하지 않아 제 개인 프로그램들도 anyx.io를 메인서버로 설정해놓고 고치지 않아서 장애에 영향을 받았네요.

@steemfinex의 경우 현재 steem-engine.rocks가 또 안되어 정확한 확인이 어렵지만 장애시간중에 전송한 경우 대략 1시간정도 딜레이가 발생했었고 대부분의 경우 장애시간중이 아니라 바로 전송이 되었던 것 같습니다.
@steemfinex의 경우 제가 가장 마지막에 만든 프로그램이고 트랜잭션규모가 커질 수 있어서인지 재시도 루틴이 나름 신경써서 만들어졌는지 알아서 재시도 해서 자체적으로 잘 해결이 되었습니다.

그런데 @finex의 경우 무슨 영문인지 재시도하다(아마 최대시도회수제한을 걸어뒀을지도) 프로그램이 죽어서 좀더 긴 지연이 발생하였네요. 재시작해서 다 전송되었고 미약하나마 보팅 조금씩이라도 해드렸습니다.

@finex는 초기에 제 실수로 딜레이가 생긴 적이 있었던 것 같고 @steemfinex는 아직까진 저의 문제로 딜레이나 어떤 문제가 발생한 적은 없습니다. 제가 단지 모르고 있을지도ㅎㅎ
