The little I know about steemCITY, a new game on steem

I happened to be on steem last night when I saw this post by @raymondspeaks about a new game coming to steem called steemCITY.

Being a Saturday night it took me a couple of reads to get the gist of the game. It was enough for me to click the Discord Link and after poking around for a minute I thought I'd like to get into this and I went to buy some cards.

I am not part of the steemCITY team and it was funny to be in the discord last night as a few people hoarded all the pre-release cards at a discount price.

The game is being made by @gerber and it seems like it is going to be fun. I guess it's like the popular SIMS games but with cards to determine the shape and size of your city.

Seems pretty straight-forward to me and it's not too late to get in on the pre-alpha-alpha-release XD

There are rewards associated with gameplay that include the native SIM token.

Judging from @gerber's reaction in the discord I would say he was not ready for the pre-release cards to sell out in one evening but he was really encouraged by the interest in the game I would guess.

There are cards available for 4 steem each (max 10 cards per transaction), just send steem to the @steemcitysim account.

There is also a marketplace for individual cards on steem-engineif you want to build your city that way.

The game is currently being hosted on Discord but a website is in the works.

If you have any questions don't ask me, I know nothing. :) head over to the steemCITY Discord and poke around. There have been lots of questions and answers over the past day and the folks involved will answer your question too!

I spent a good amount of money on steemmonsters and I play it almost every day, but I don't want to play two different games at the same time. Good luck!

Yeah, I understand that Ronaldo. I tried two or three times to get into SM but I just could not get into it, even with @senstless' help!!! Well, enjoy your battles my friend.

Holy shit! That's a damn armada @goldrooster!! Are you still playing? Is it still worth the time and effort?

I have no idea how steemCITY will play out but the guys behind it are also some of the big players in SteemLeo which makes me believe the game will be a good one.
