LET GO OF YOUR YESTERDAY.YOUR GREATEST LIMITATION COULD BE GOD’S OPPORTUNITY.

One of the enemy’s most effective strategies is to fill our minds with thoughts about what we don’t have, what we seem to be incapable of doing and all the ways we fall short. When you focus on what you lack, it can keep you away from experiencing the power of God which is able to step into your situation, to convert your weakness into strength.

The sick man answered him, “Sir, I have no one to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up, and while I am going another steps down before me.” John 5:7 (ESV)

The impotent man in our Scripture text, focused on much on what he couldn’t do; that at the edge of his miracle sought for thirty eight years. His limitation however turned out to be God’s opportunity for the manifestation of His power.

You are not to wail and bemoan the limitations around you, which tend to keep you away from your expected results. They are simply God’s entry points into your situation for the accomplishment of His bright designs in your life. God has a history of using the limitations that often time surround men to do great things which He alone can do. As you take steps of faith, you will hear the voice of the enemy reminding you of your limitations; but you got to learn to talk back to that enemy of your advancement and say – “Yes you are right; but, my greatest limitation is God’s greatest opportunity”.

When Lazarus died and was buried, with Jesus on His way to the home of Lazarus and his sisters – Mary and Martha; the grave stood as the greatest limitation to the possibility of any form of help. Mary told Jesus that if He was there before her brother died and was put in the grave, there would have been hope. That situation which was a dead end turned out to be God’s greatest opportunity. Your story no matter how awful, is paving way for an awesome opportunity for the manifestation of God’s glory in your life.

HAPPY AND PROSPEROUS 2020.

Thank you @praise-ue. It is very true that at times we do not even trust ourselves of accomplishing a task that we feel we can't do. Thanks for this insightful message
