HOW TO DO (GOD) WILL

Hosea 14:9 "Who is wise, and he shall understand these things? Prudent, and he shall know them? For the ways of the Lord are right, and the just shall walk in them; but the transgressors shall fall therein".

I believe you will agree with me that it's not easy to do the will of God. A natural man cannot walk in that dimension. Nevertheless it's very possible to always do the will of God.

Quickly let look at three keys on how to do the will of God.

1. Renewing of the mind

Romans 12:2 " And be not conformed to this world; but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God".

For you to be able to do the will of God, you must be transformed and renewed like that of Christ.

Worldly mind or natural mind cannot do the will of God. It takes a heart that's has been renewed and transformed to do the will of God. Why do we always find it difficult to do the will of God is because our minds has not been renew.

I and you are without having the mind of Christ we will continue to journey in a circle without destination. This is the secret behind the obedience of Christ because His mind has already been renewed and configured to carry out the will of God.

1. You must be filled with Holy Spirit

Matthew 4:1 "Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil".

Firstly we must understand that it's the will of God for Jesus to be tempted in the wilderness but he cannot do that on his own. He has to be led by the Spirit to accomplish that mission.

Holy Spirit is the force that drives men in doing the will of God, without Him we will keep procrastinating and remain stagnant in a particular spot.

1. You must be strong and courageous

Joshua 1:9 " Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismay; for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest".

At times the will and instructions of God can be hard, it takes a courageous mind to fulfill the mind of God. A fearing being cannot do the will of God.

It took a lot of courage and boldness for Moses to confront pharaoh. That's why the Bible says in 2 Timothy 1:7.

2 Timothy 1:7 " God have not given us the spirit of fear but of power, love and sound mind".

Even God knows that a fearful being cannot do his will that is why he did give us the spirit of boldness. When you know your right in Christ, why must you be afraid.

Once you know his will upon your life, I tell you this there's nothing to be afraid of because he is always backing you up all ways and every step you take as long as you know your stand in Christ.

In conclusion, it's hard for a sinner to receive instructions from God that's why we must strive to live a total Holy life.
