Hello and merry Christmas in advance to all of my steemit friends and well wishers, from the debt of my heart I wish you all a wonderful holiday season and the best of it all.

I will be serving you the best of tales this season to say Merry Christmas to you all. Today I want to start with this very tale which is from my ❤️❤️❤️ heart.. it focus on encouraging us even in hard times to make us know that hard times is not a life sentence. Because things will obviously fall in place someday when we least expect it.

THE UNEXPECTED MILLIONAIRE

David was the last son of the family of five. His parents where of the middle class who don't really have too much but had enough to take good care of all their children, but believe so much in hirachy. His four siblings were way too old than him and most of all, they do so many things without consulting him or carry him along, even sometimes the people outside their home benefit things from David's family more than him because his siblings likes impressing people outside the home.

David grew frustrated with the level of things and the level of relationship with his siblings, he had nothing while his brothers are living so well even had enough to trow around to impress people. Many times David had requested that he get sponsored in University after his secondary School but his brothers feel it's a waste of resources.

Times passed and things went bad for David's parents, the hard economy of their country really told on them. By this time all David's siblings where now married and had gone to face their lives individually. No one cares to know what's going on with David. David was left alone with his parents who are struggling to make ends meet.
His siblings became married and had everything going on well for them, while David stayed in the parent house struggling. No one extended a hand of help to him or even cared about him.

Years passed David's brothers had children and everything was still going on well, they sent their children to good school and pay huge fee for them. And most of all bought land and also planning to build. David on the other hand was there doing minor jobs, had dreams but unable to actualize them. It got to a point that David's mother started seeing him as a Borden to them stating he has not been of any economical advantage to them. David did all he could to turn things around but all to no avail. His brothers had forgotten about his existence and had not kept in touch ever since they left the house over 7 years ago.

Years after, things turned bad for the brothers and had no choice of to come home to seek for help. They came to the house to meet their parents for support, it became so bad that they sold all they had including their landed property and are even unable to feed their family. The father sold a part of his land for the sum of N3 Million to raise money in order to set up his children. The father kept N1 million to himself to invest in his agricultural business and gave the wife five hundred thousand naira to invest in her business, then to the Children he gave the remaining N1.5Million to share among themselves handing it to the elder brother Samuel, to share with Simon and David. But Samuel only shared the money with Simon and they gave David just N30,000 as his share in the N1.5Million, David cried all night and they all neglected him.

Samuel gave huge part of the money to his wife to start a restaurant business and told David to come there to serve as sales-boy to his wife without pay but will be fed by her. Simon took his money to buy bus and started up a transportation business. The brothers concluded that investing on David will be a waste of resources, that he can feel bad for all he cares.

Two days after the money was given to David was a Saturday and THE ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE was on, David angrily played a bet with the entire N30,000 as to waste it cos he was angry to invest that money cos he feel he was being mocked and badly cheated. He selected a game of over 1,000 odds and staked the N30,000 on the game. The stake contains 18 games from the world all over which contain 4 premier league games and also 4 Seria A games and other games from Germany with all games to hold on Saturday, the total winnings is N20Million.

The started by 12 noon with about 5 games on his ticket playing, at about 35 minutes, the five games are all delivered as expected with 4 of them already played over 2.5 goals and the other one leading 3-0 in first half just as he predicted. The next set of games started by 4pm with 13 games to play, and by 6pm David couldn't believe his eyes, they have all played what he expected. But remaining one to go which is Chelsea fc vs Tottenham Hotspurs which he predicted for Over 2.5 goals David searched for how to cashout but to no avail. And the game started and he was told he can't cashout anymore. 35min into the game and David was still sweating even when there was a big fan beside him. He couldn't tell his friends what he was going through. Just at 45Min in the first half Harry Kane of tottenham scored the first goal of the game and the first half ended at Chelsea 0-1 Spurs.
The second half started and David was hoping it turn out fine, and Chelsea was pressing deep and the whole of sours players where all behind the ball. It got to 75 min and it's still 0-1 and David have up hopes. But in 85 min Chelsea leveled up through Christian PULISIC and it became 1-1.
It still continued till the last 3 minutes added time that Chelsea was given a penalty and stepping up to take it was joginho and David looked at his ticket knowing the man holds his fate of becoming a multi-millionire. And luckily he took it well with the keeper going the wrong way. Chelsea 2-1 Spurs.

David shouted and the whole of his friends carried him up in joy but his face where all filled with tears. He got home and went straight away in the company of friends to the bet shop. They paid him N20 Million and he bought a house, started a very big clothing business, married and bought a good car, he also own a house where he uses for rent and also where he lives. All this he achieved with just N10million and also own a bus which he gave out for transportation business purpose.

His siblings can't believe their eyes when they heard of the news. His parents sings his praise and call his the best of all their children.

Till today David is a multi-Billionire who now own a telephone brand and imports from China to sell in Nigeria. He is happily married with children and lives in a very big estate in Lagos Nigeria.
