Steem Basic Income Giveaway :: Favorite Painter

Hello, all you beautiful and amazing people. How are you all doing today? Today seems like a good day for a giveaway. So let’s give something away!

First… the rules.

If you want to win a share of Steem Basic Income, follow these rules.

  1. Follow the contest theme (announced below). That’s it!

Wow, only one rule. Pretty easy!

Theme

Today, I’m in an artsy mood. What style of painting do you enjoy and who is your favorite painter?

I tend to go for Impressionism or post-Impressionism, and one of my favorites is Van Gogh. How about you?

The comment I like best will win 1 or more shares of steem basic income. But if there are a lot of great comments or if this post gets enough of a payout to allow me to afford it, I may sponsor others as well.

How about the winner of last contest? Man, last contest I had some awesome comments. You guys rock! I’d love to sponsor all of you! But I only have 7 steem in my wallet right now, so let’s do a top 5. That would be: @edouard, @blueboar3, @danmaruschak, @mariita52, @lightcaptured. Congrats, guys! Keep the great comments coming!

If you don’t know what Steem Basic Income is, look around on their account (@steembasicincome) or read this post.

This post is in accordance with ContestKings and their motto 👊 No follow, no resteem, no upvote. That is to say, none of those are required to win this giveaway.

I’m looking forward to reading everyone’s comments. Good luck!

One of my favorites is Artemisia Gentileschi. Decidedly strong-willed, she made her way as a Baroque painter. One of her most famous paintings is the depiction of a rapist's beheading. I always hope to carry that same energy forward. Her poignant perspective through her subject matter and brush strokes leaves a fire in my heart.
