MAPX "Vote Bond" Token

I call these "investment vote-bonds" as they work in a very similar way to traditional bonds. The "interest" on the token is "paid" through Steem upvotes while the token itself increases in value as income from the fund is reinvested into the underlying Steem Power.

I've been buying Tokens and I delegated a little, but I simply do not get buying and trading! I'm sure I am not alone. For many of us Steem is our only crypto experience and this is a foreign world. If I buy 20 MapUV what should I expect and what should I do next?
