Attacks: Fireball (magical ~ 3 damage, AOE = 1 square), firewall (magical ~ 2 damage, AOE = 3 linear squares) and lightning (magical ~ 3 damage, range = 3 squares).

I forgot to include the wizard's "to hit" is 10.
Consume a strength potion and an accuracy potion.
Action 1: Move to 1F-7.
Action 2: Move to the wizard at 1B-3.
Action 3: Attack the wizard using my battleaxe (damage=5+2, to hit=4 necklaces & potion). Rolled 4 and thanks to all my aides, I landed a hit for 7 damage. The wizard is now at 53 health.
I swap necklaces in anticipation of retaliation.

You need to roll a D20 for battle because you will never roll the required 10 to hit using a D6.
I rolled for you and got 13, so you hit for 3 damage.
BUT, since thrown objects only have a range of 3 spaces, I moved you to 1D-4 before throwing the spear. You have 2 spears remaining in your possession and 1 at 1B-3.

Player 11 (2nd)
I will do like P12.
Drink a strength potion.
Action 1: Move to 1F-7.
Action 2: Move to 1B-3
Action 3: Attack using the battleaxe (7 damage). Necklaces reduce to hit by 4, so need 6 to hit. Roll 6 and do 7 damage. (When I said I would do like P12, I didn't expect our rolls to be EXACTLY the minimum needed!)
So the wizard is now down to 46 health.
I switch necklaces to protect against his attacks.

My worker 8 mines with the pick-axe, rolls 1,4,3, meaning the worker found 3 iron ore and 1.5 stone.
