Tip 6: Improve your writing skills
Steem is about earning. You need to earn to power up (stake). Without Steem Power (SP) you are not able to post, comment and upvote. Make yourself visible. Use your SP in the most efficient way.
If it comes to English I am not a native speaker.
Daily I need to translate words, sentences, figure out what people mean to say. Not only if it comes to the English language but also some other languages.
I am a mobile blogger only and write each post on my mobile.
I use 4 different keyboards. One of them is Grammarly. Grammarly has way better and more options if you use a desktop computer but... you need an internet connection!
With me, Grammarly only works if I type the text in my notes first.
The more you read the more you learn.
- Read English written text to improve your English.
- Start free writing to improve your writing skills. Set a timer and write for 5 or 10 minutes. Just write without breaking your brains about grammar or style.
- Join @mariannewest her daily #freewrite with a given prompt (you write about the word or sentence she gives you).
- Meet other writers and read their posts. Try to see what they do differently from you.
- Short sentences are easier to read and translate.
Join communities and make yourself visible. People will read, comment, advice, help and upvote you if you engage to them.

You write a story in less as 240 characters.
Note: What counts for writing counts for photographing and vlogging too.
Observe, try, learn from others and improve yourself. Find the people, tools, apps that make it easier for you to make great content, be visible and earn.
