A new sun in the sky of steem
February 14th came with a stunner. A new sun ascended into the sky of steem. For now we don't know the kind of light that will shine, we don't know the kind of life force it will generate to the ecosystem of steem.
The only sign this new sun has given since it's emergence is a promise in the announcement that growth will bound in it's era. This is cryptocurrency; a world where mysteries is evident and can happen in a blink of an eye. Also it is true that history always plays a huge part when it comes to reputation. History has always been a place to pick lessons, improve on past mistakes or continue a legacy or a habit. History always have a huge influence on whatsoever thing that exist. Some veterans in the crypto sphere bare knowledge of the history of this sun and can't wait to see what unfolds.
The news of ned selling steemit.Inc to the founder of Tron (Justin Sun) was a big surprise and is the latest round making the crypto headlines. Many don't like the news, many are concerned while some are in awe with the news.
I don't know where I stand with my opinion about this. The only thing I keep saying to myself is that a new sun has entered into the steem ecosystem. A sun which shined in other crypto ecosystem. The question now is; will the impact of this arrival ruin steem or improve steem? who knows.
Wherewith, Steemit. Inc is more like a captain to the ship of the steem blockchain because they have in their terrain some group of developers and workers who do some important job in coding etc to the steem blockchain. Sale of this private company simply means a change of captain has occurred. Mind you, one great fact about the steem blockchain is that it has one of the greatest community; world communities. Communities that are globally stretched.
Just a gentle reminder that steemit.Inc is not steem -- the image above is self explanatory to clear the confusion in that regard.
