According to the Bible, Is it sin against God if a law enforcer is forced to take someone's life in the line of duty?

I am against a quicker power down if it means people do not keep Steem powered up. Some have suggested it could be an option, but you lose a percentage for doing it.

I got the eSteem update on Android, but there is some issue with it that they are aware of. It just does not start up.

There seems to be pros and cons on the 4 week power down, but I am not sure it would make any difference in terms of encouraging more investors in Steem.

Thank you for the double mention no less! I think you may have mistitled the contest bit unless you meant to put "Art Explosion"?

We're hoping and anticipating loads more people to get involved with @yourtop3 in 2020! The main prize pool is given out in SBD and we've given out over $150 in prizes since we started in April 2019 so long may it last!

I'm very much looking forward to being on @spotlight.artist tomorrow as well! Will be gatecrashing their show for the next month or two anyway hahaha!

As for the powerdown time... Leave it at 13 weeks. If people want to speculate then they can do so by not powering up but for those of us wanting to get involved and build communities and reward authors and do other things on the blockchain then we power up. Seems to be a lot of whining from people about wanting it at 4 weeks. And this instant powerdown is ludicrous, you may as well not have SP at all if you do that.

Some are saying they are locked in like prisoners? LOL! Probably the funniest thing I've read today. Didn't realise that choosing to commit to a project by investing steem power was the same as committing a crime that landed you in jail by breaking the law. Only on STEEM 🤣

I think there's bigger things to work on and this is the elephant in the room right now - fun dapps, contests, user friendly sites, games are more important things to work on than changing a time frame for a voluntary action of powering up.

Thanks for spotting the incorrect contest naming - now fixed.

Good luck with the contest, and have fun on Spotlight. Hope to catch it if I get home in time.

Regarding the power down change, I don't think it will make any difference in terms of attractiveness to investors.

There are many more pressing issues to deal with first I think.

Thanks for fixing!

Yes the show is pretty tight for me tonight as well but I should make it back from the office in time for the frolics!

Definitely agree with more pressing matters as well. It's best to just focus on one change at a time and do it well rather than these bolt ons in my opinion.

Let all the options about powerup schemes be presented. Perhaps a tiered structure which has more rewards the longer you lock in but I think usability, interface, games, reasons to attract people in (not just investors) are things that need most attention.
