All this drama gives me anxiety to accumulate and hold STEEM. Hopefully there will be a win-win solution within a week or two that can at least calm things down.

I would wait to accumulate until funds are released. Now you buy for 0.20 it could be very well go to 0.07 because of the users funds being released.
