So there are some who perhaps appreciate the complexity that hard Forks provides, I fear that steemit is drowning in these complexities. I think we have lost the Simple Pure organic aspect to it that made the platform a beautiful place

It hasn't been simple or organic since the early months of 2016, it is just that most people didn't pay attention. The complexities will slowly be reduced by moving interaction out to the layers, communities and SMTs.
