Huge Update is coming for Steem Apps Explorer. Dozens of new apps and new metrics

Hey. Decided to share a sneak peak of what's I've been working on weekends. Yes, sometimes I do work on weekends when I'm in the mood or I want to finish a certain feature.

The first version of Steem Apps Explorer showed that there's a decent interest and excitement towards my work, so I decided to 10x my tracking skills. In the current version I structured my data and requests quite poorly which allowed me to track only transfer and custom_json operations of a certain app within specific block. It wasn't enough for me though, so I went all in to figure out a solution to include several operation types to achieve more precise results during the search.

Anyways, this week I'm making a new release that will allow to track any app with the following metrics:

  • Tags (retrieved from Json_metadata)
  • App name (retrieved from Json_metadata)
  • Custom operation name (retrieved from custom_json id)
  • Transfer, vote, comment operations (retreived by predefined accounts by particular app)
  • Steem-engine tokens (yes please)

Okay, what does it mean? It means that when you choose a specific app, you'll be presented with all of the upvotes from application's accounts, all of the incoming and outgoing transfers, posts/comments/replies that mentioned a particular app's name or tags in json_metadata, any operations with Steem-engine tokens, and of course custom_json operations if such are available.

Here's a demo on how it will look like:

As you can see, when you choose Steem Monsters, it shows custom_json operations, a transfer to @steemmonsters account and an SPT token claim.

I'm looking forward to this. Please include Steem Engine tokens. While some are valuable and others are just for fun, they all mean something and its would be great to track their trading volume and value in Steem Apps Explorer.

I did it man and it works. A couple of more things and I'll roll it out. There will be a toooon of apps this time.
