It is a good read, little lengthy but seems to be split up into small details so that readers could understand easily. But still I think you keep on making such posts more often until all steemiens will be able to absorb all the good to make a feel that ultimately it is going to benifit them.

Nothing wrong with lengthy. Bullet points rarely change understanding nor behaviour.
