New Orientation for HVOTE Token

After the amazing past week, there is a new reality that set in for the HVOTE Token. With the end of the vote selling service from smartsteem, one of the main income sources for the token disapeared and also a lot of voting power was unused. In respect to that, we had to come up with a new concept for the HVOTE token. We have tried to do manual curation but unfortunately the available time ressources are limited and its simply not faisable.

Following the curation trail of @help.venezuela

In order to generate curation rewards, it is necessary that the account behind the HVOTE token (@happyvoter) votes regularly on posts. Without available time to do so, we thought that it was best to follow a curation trail. We decided to let the @happyvoter account follow the curation trail of @help.venezuela. This is a project that supports authors from Venezuela here on steem by giving them regular upvotes for their posts. This has several advantages for HVOTE:

the upvotes are automated and there is no additional time required
the upvotes given are for a good cause and are helping people who face a difficult situation in their country
the curation rewards generated will be bigger than with vote selling and it will help the account to grow and the HVOTE token to increase.

These people who are supported by @help.venezuela will now also get upvotes from @happyvoter

The big token holders will still get 100% upvotes

To be a Big Token holder, you need to own 2% of the HVOTE Token in circulation. As a big token holder you get all your posts systematically upvoted 100% by @happyvoter as long as you own 2% of the tokens. New Big Token holders are defined each week in the context of the weekly update:
