Sledding in a Snow Storm
Yesterday the forecast called for 5-7 inches of fresh powdery snow. Perfect opportunity to hit the sledding hill. We packed up the car with or gear and headed to meet up with some friends. They live right by a golf course, which is vacant in the winter and has lots of hills.
At the beginning, it was all fresh snow, so it was a bit slow. But by the end we had some good runs established and were getting a fair bit of speed and distance.
When you live somewhere with a lot of snow, you can either hide inside, or get out into the snow and enjoy it. I choose to experience winter.

Damn, that's awesome @methus! We got shafted by winter this year, had about an inch or two and that was it. Then a week later it rained. Oh well, I guess we are going to have to head up to Mt Hood. Stay warm.
