SPUD 8 Power UP!

Greetings Steemians,

Today is Steem Power Up Day.

Every first day of the month this event takes place, and the goal is to get as much Steem staked into the network as possible.

This is good for Steem, and today #spud8 will be my first time officially partaking in #spud.

@streetstyle encouraged me to participate, and since I am always powering up Steem anyway, I figured why not!

I was pretty lucky last month with the Ethereum game Gods Unchained and powered up a nice chunk of Steem as a result of this, as well as leasing some Steem Power to further help support Steemians on the network and grow my account.

I had a little Steem left sitting in Binance, which I was planning to become a professional crypto trader with, but after re-thinking, utilizing it for SPUD seemed like a better (and safer) option.

My Steem power as seen in the screen shots went from 6760 Steem Power, to 6948 Steem Power. Not bad! I think I will be at 7000 Steem Power very soon! 😃 (The 15k in the brackets is delegated SP and influences my Voting Power but does not belong to my account.)
