Hello Everybody,

Hope you all are good at your health and wealth. I am a little clumsy because of hypertension whenever I go to the kitchen I slipped so many utensils. I faced this situation now and then. Dunno what is the reason even I take salt and sugar very less. I prepared a fitness plan for myself so working on it to get such awkward situations.

I'm feeling a little sluggish these days as well and I have to work on it ASAP because I will be dumb if I spend a day for no reason. A lot of things on pending and I almost forgot to keep following up. I have written some of the pending tasks so I could keep on the check.
