The Argentine legend has finally found himself as the head coach of Gimnasia, an Argentine Primera Division based club in the city of La Plata, Buenos Aires Province.

Gimnasia is currently at the bottom of the table and Maradona has promised to rescue the team during his presentation after he was unveiled as the coach.

He was ushered into a golf buggy to take him to the centre circle while thousands of fans welcomed him

Maradona has always wished to be a successful coach but he has not been able to achieve stay afloat in his coaching career. I hope Gimnasia gives him a turn around as a successful coach this time and I hope he resides them as he pledged
