Biceps and triceps training day at the Gym. For two months now I have low carbohydrate intake and change instead the intensity of abdominal training.
I have noticed that this last two months in which I have trained abdomen at least three times a week, after the usual routine, it has resulted in an increase in greater load.
And it has also facilitated me in maintaining the position in the machines by exerting pressure directly with the abdomen.
The effort that forced me to involve my back in those exercises has been reduced. In truth, training abdomen makes a big difference over time.
