My Actifit Report Card: October 8 2019

Oh man, I can't believe I forgot my phone today.

Today was one of the busiest days I've had in years, I bet I reached my 10,000 step count by 10 this morning.

Oh well, I guess I'll have to go with yesterday's report, at least I had enough steps to reach the minimum level.

I got three-quarters of my step count mostly doing earrings at work. It's mostly a lot of running back and forth while assembling a product.

I topped the day off with a few Minit run around the block and then some push-ups and sit-ups.

I even wore my phone while doing dinner and cleaning up the mess, it's been hard getting to my step count goal lately so I'll take whatever I can get.
