Who is Frank Lampard
I first heard this name when he was in Chelsea. Lampard was a Chelsea player born on 20th June 1978. He started his career at Westham United in 1995 and signed for Chelsea in 2001 for £11 million.
He played well at Chelsea holding a lot of records and became their Captain before he left in 2014. Lampard is known as one of the best midfielders in the history of football. Lampard is the only midfielder, to have scored more than 150 goals in the Premier League.
The great midfielder is Chelsea's all-time leading goalscorer, scoring 211 goals in all competitions. He recorded 106 caps for his country scoring 29 goals. After playing for Chelsea, he moved to Manchester City, and later to MLX New York city in the US, where he hanged his boot as a footballer in 2017. After his retirement, he secured a managerial with Derby County in 2018. He is currently the head coach of Chelsea.

Frank Lampard was named in the PFA Team of the Year three times, and also in the FIFPro World XI where he was voted as a MLS All-Star. At the end of his career as a footballer, he was awarded an Order of the British Empire in 2015
