Mikel Arteta will be playing his first match as Arsenal boss on Boxing Day. Many people and pundits are worried about his lack of experience at the highest level.

They believe he might struggle to cope with the pressure but Wenger thinks otherwise, saying all Arteta needs are people around him to be able to make right choices.

In his press conference, Bournemouth coach Eddie Howe also played down the importance of managerial experience.

Arteta was announced as Arsenal head coach last Friday. He took over from the interim coach Freddie Lyjunberg after Unai Emery was sacked by Arsenal in November.

Bournemouth manager Howe is a young coach himself when he was first appointed. Howe was just 31-year-old when he was appointed in 2009 and believes experience wont play any major role in Ateta's managerial era.

Howe who is now 42 says experience does not matter but players showing right attitude to implement that which they were instructed to do.

Football matches, he argues is about winning. He believes that Arteta must have his ideas and how he wants things to play out and believes this will happen over years.

A win tomorrow will bring Bournemouth a point closer to Arsenal while Arsenal will be further away from the top 4 spot.
