Russell Westbrook's Houston adaptation began in earnest.

Houston Rockets' Media Day event was held at the Toyota Center in Houston, USA.

Russell Westbrook, James Harden, P.J. All of Houston's players, including Tucker, met with the media. The next day, the first training camp was held.

Westbrook, who joined Houston through a large trade last July, said he and his colleagues are in the process of adjusting to each other in an interview with local media.

"It's important to adapt and adapt to each other's playstyles and preferences," Westbrook said. "Colleagues are also adapting to my play. "It's something I've been aiming for every year and every season."

Westbrook, who had undergone a knee procedure last May, has focused on rest during the summer. I started my first five-to-five training session last week, and I'm continuing to expand my range and strength. He said

Westbrook says, “I feel good. I'm a player who doesn't stop once I start.” “I was very passionate about the first team training. I was energetic. It's a chance to pull up a team chemistry. It's a different feeling than when I was in Oklahoma City. I'm happy anyway.
