IPhone 11 vs Actifit : 0-1

Since a week of my actifit tracking has been completely fucked up. No steps whatsoever... It completely sucks! The tracker just doesn’t track anymore. And the IPhone 11 is probably the problem. Ever since I have the phone my steps were much less than before... The sensor in the phone is just not sensitive enough or something, I think.

But since a few weeks the steps tracking is completely blank. Even a removal and new download of the app brought nothing...

Anyone with a clue of how to solve this?
