Sports Plan for Week 21.10.19

This weeks target is going to be:

Monday- Mid Section body toning. Starting off the week with gym workout again. This time more focused in the mid section.

Tuesday- Hill Climbing. There are only three hills but those three hills are enough to keep my heart pounding like crazy.

Wednesday- Upper body weightlifting. Into the gym for this one. Need those weights for the upper body tone.

Thursday- Jogging. Today is by the beach run. At the same time take in the setting sun at it's best.

Friday- Stretching.

Saturday- Restday. Just because there are some social activities lined up.

Sunday- Restday.

About Me : A fan of sports. Sports of all sorts from football to volleyball, badminton to squash, even hockey to cycling and running to biking. I even watch beach volleyball and car racing plus a little bit of wrestling, mud wrestling and arm wrestling be it men or women. The sportier the better, now perhaps for a little basketball?
