Fitness: 22nd September 2020 + A Did You Know Question

Good Morning

I got up a bit later than usual and have been running through from that time. There was not a second to take rest. I liked it, but I am now back to my writing time, so here I am.

I am happy with my exercising regime and the other day, my father looked at me and said, you’ve got a V-shape. Now, those of you bodybuilders out there would know the significance of a V-shape. So, I was thrilled. Besides, it was a neutral party’s opinion. I did not ask my dad, but he just made a passing remark, and that makes it even more exciting to believe.

In a nutshell, my regime is working. I am doing good. Hmm. Anyway, let’s get to today’s workout.

I had a faint tinge of a stomach ache; the one that slows you a tad bit but not stop you, that kind. So, I went a little slow with the regime. I did follow the quadruplets, and today I focused on my abs.

Here are the quadruplets:

  1. 1-set of stomach vacuum (Imagine that with a stomach ache 😊 )
  2. 1-set of reverse crunches
  3. 1-set of lunges
  4. 1-set of lower back and glutes

I did a total of three quadruplets but slower than usual. I felt good that I did not skip the regime and continued through it. So, that’s it from me for today. I will meet you all tomorrow.

Namaste!

Also, I wish you all a great day!

Did You Know?

Bijender Singh of India holds the record for most pushups in an hour. He completed 3,877 pushups in an hour, thereby entering the Guinness World Record.

The astonishing thing is that the record was created in 1988 and stands to this day!

So, anyone plans to challenge the record? 😊
