5th Feb, 2020 - Morning Walk

I got on with the walk today morning, a trifle late than my normal time. I ended up starting at 5:00 a.m. but all well, nonetheless.

The walk was a combination of short jogs and walk just to keep fluctuating my heart rate. One of the things I do to ensure that my workout is not constant but varying in intensity.

The workout since the beginning of the year looks good and I am looking and feeling strong. There is only further improvement from here. 😊
