Agility and cohesiveness are needed in one of these sports. Rowing is a sport that moves a boat by rowing or rowing on the water. The place for rowing can be done on rivers, in lakes or in the sea, depending on the type of race that is held. This contest requires strong stamina and energy, good boating skills, individual skills and group skills.
In rowing technique, there are only two types of paddling. The first paddle is paddle forward and the second paddle is paddle backwards. If you want the boat to move forward, you will use forward paddles, while for the boat to retreat you will use paddles backwards. Rowing backwards is also used to stop the boat that is moving forward. If you want to turn the boat to the right, then the left hand paddles forward and the right hand paddles backwards and vice versa if you want to turn left.
