The 2017-2018 ROY and star guard Ben Simmons have agreed to extend his contract for 5-years amounting $170 million.

Ben Simmons, 22 yr old will last his four year rookie deal and will earn $8.1 million this season. About signing for an extension, he will earn about $29.3 million next season and rise up to nearly $39 million in 2024-2025 NBA season.

The 76ers was 101-58 when Simmons plays and he had 22 triple-doubles in last two seasons. Ben Simmons also had 80 double-doubles over the last two season who averages 16.4 ppg, 8.5 rebs, 7.9 ast, 55.5 FG%.

The 1st overall draft pick in 2016 is very poor in his 3 point shooting, 0-11 three point attempts on his rookie season and 0-6 last season. He shoots awkwardly and hesitation about making a shot that he can't barely make.

What's good about Ben Simmons?
He is really good in making plays and making points in the paint, with his all-star teammate Joel Embiid who is also a beast inside and can make shoots beyond the arc which make Philly stronger than the usual team before these two were drafted.

The organization added all-star Al Horford for a four-year deal amounting $109 million and re-signed Tobias Harris for a $180 million five-year contract.
