16-year-old won the first Fortnite World Cup solo champion !

Fortnite is an online video game that was developed by Epic Games, Fortnite Battle Royale is a free-to-play battle royale online video game. By the word itself "Battle Royale", it is a video game inspired by the PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds. Where 100 competitors fight each other on a virtual island, the one who remains is the winner, it is a "last man standing" kind of game.

This year Fortnite held its first-ever massive sporting event, There's a $30 million prize pool which is split in three different tournaments, the Pro-Am, the Duo, and Solo.

And now in the Solos tournament, Kyle Giersdorf also known as "Bugha" is the Fortnite World Cup solo Finals champion. After securing 59 points, he easily won the tournament with 26 points ahead of the second place.

After securing a victory in the first round and nine in-game kills, Kyle racks up dozens of in-game kills each round, until he ended up with 59 points — a huge lead over the second-place winner.

“Words can’t even explain it right now, I’m just so happy,” Bugha said. “Everything I’ve done, the grind, it’s all paid off.”

Giersdorf is already a famous player in the competitive Fortnite scene. With this great achievement, Giersdorf has become more famous. His followers on social media, like Twitter and Youtube, have grown exponentially.

I would say that as a player of #RulesOfSurvival, the same concept of this game. It's a huge feat that he achieved, I myself is having a hard time winning in just a normal game, how much more if it's a tournament. Well, the kid really has a talent for this kind of game.
