PLan for 10k marathon -Pocari sweat

Here is my plan for the 10k, I aim for more as I set 3 goals for my plan.
I start from small as to set up a routine to pick up my running pace.
For my situation,I have:
2 days for rest / stretch,
2 days compulsory running,
1 cross-workout and
1 morning exercise on Sunday
which wake up my body on Sunday for the race I am going to have.
I am using Apple Activity to track my record and @actifit apps to post my daily training
