PSG's striker Cavani to move to Atletico Madrid next summer

The thrilling striker of Paris Saint-Germain has been reported to engage in a series of transfer discussions that will see him move to Atletico Madrid.

The reported news of the Uruguayan striker being linked with a move to Atletico Madrid is actually in order. And for me, I consider it as an intelligent move as his deal at PSG will expire next summer. So without this anticipatory move, he's gonna become a free agent with expiration of his current contract. And no player likes being out of club, which is the scenario that I believe Mr Cavani is doing everything possible to avoid.

As at now, the deal is a done one as agreement has already been established with Diego Someone's La Liga giants. To him I say congratulations! Because in football, it isn't that easy to make this kinda fast switch honestly speaking. And when you consider the fact that Cavani isn't being featured to play regularly because of injury, you will appreciate the success of his deal with Atletico Madrid.

However, I am not certain if the switch will occur next month or during the summer window. I wish him the best of luck and speedy recovery from his current injury.
