In the field each player is tag with a number as we can see, 75, 100, even 65, 25, can also exist. The lower the number the off position the player is playing. 100 means the player is in his main position. You can use a defender as a striker, it will show 25.
From image above the is on 442, you can change that from clicking on that 442. At the left are players position names. So you can actually understand where a player will be using this area.
