As it is now, what is happening in the Nigerian sport federation is no small thing, from in-house disagreement to some costly mistakes happening in and around the national team. The sport federation has had her own share of being labeled black on the social media, with many Nigerians calling for a change of leadership of some team members, starting with this year acclamation that the coach wasn't paid his salary totally to three months. To player not being played there due in due time. Allowance and bonus not being remitted as it should be. Morale going down each moment both for the whole based team and those coming from abroad.

In the midst of this rancour going on, the Nigerian football team has been directed to fully come under the Nigerian sport federation umbrella, in a bid to shaken things up and get the team on high gear, one state president of the association has been sacked and told to go home and rest.
