Can Tottenham Capitalise on Their European Win?

We have seen shades of the past the other night in Europe with Spurs winning 5-0 at home against Red Star Belgrade. It was the first time that our new midfielder Ndombele ran the show. Himself and Sissoko in the centre really worked with Ali , Son and Kane linking up and overlapping. Deli didn't have him best game but you could see glimpses. Whether it is enough to keep his place against Liverpool at the weekend we will have to wait and see but I expect Harry Winks to come back in. It was Son Heung-min that was the star of the show and watching him and Kane linking up again was a relief. There was no sign of Alderwerald, Rose or Eriksen in the team which was good to see. If they do not want to sign contracts then they have no future at the club so you may as well continue as if they are gone. It is clear that they are causing upheaval in the dressing room so Pochettino may as well cut out the want away star if it means poor form in the whole team.
Liverpool had a good win in Belgium also and it is worrying to see the Ox coming back in such good form. However Liverpool were not great against United or Leicester for that matter. Spurs do not have a great result in Anfield so Liverpool are red hot favourites but there is a glimmer of confidence so I will put a small bet on. It would be rude not to.

11/2 is great odds for Tottenham. But I may have a little flutter on this because the value of the bet is very good. Spurs need to start getting wins in the premiership to guarentee a top 4 finish. The good news is that Arsenal and United are in disarray also which means we are still in with a great shout of champions league football next season. January transfer window can't come soon enough so we can get rid of the dead wood and maybe sign a couple of players. Los Celso is fit again so he will need to bed in and Sessegnon is another player that needs to get fit. I think the spurs doctors are having a moan why we signed a guy with a glass hamstring.

Lol I don't see Totenham capitalising, truth is the team is faulty and they only won yesterday because it was against an Average club, their next EPL game would prove if they did or not.

To me they have the potential but what I noticed is that they always feel relaxed at a critical stage

A draw at minimum in Belgrade along with a win against Olympiacos at home should be enough to see them through. My personal thoughts

The truth will reveal itself against Liverpool, if Tottenham are getting better after the 5-0 win in the UCL
