Splinterlands: Scavengers Feed on the Dead

Greetings Splinterlands Players!!!!

Today, I am gonna talk about the Scavenger ability and how to use it most effectively. And I in the end I will share a battle of mine using the Scavenger ability.

What is Scavenger Ability???

A monster with scavenger ability gains 1 health each time a monster dies in the battle (friendly+enemy).

How to Best Utilize Scavenger Ability???

Monsters with Scavenger ability are best suited in the last ranks of your team, thereby allowing them to scavenge maximum health from all the deaths during the match.

Demonstration

In the match shared below, I used SCREECHING VULTURE which had three abilities Opportunity, Flying and Scavenger. I placed my SCREECHING VULTURE on 4th position(Out of 6) to ensure the good utilization of Scavenger ability and decent protection from Sneak attacks.

I used DARIA DRAGONSCALE to give all my monsters +1 melee boost. STONE GOLEM was on 1st rank to absorb the damage and on the 2nd position WOOD NYMPH was there to heal the GOLEM. On third, I placed MASHROOM SEER to degrade the enemy's magic attack. On the fourth position, came my trump card SCREECHING VULTURE(attack: 4). On second last I place BROWNIE due to its Inspire ability. And in the last, came the CREEPING OOZE.

+2 melee attack boost due to DARIA and BROWNIE laid waste to the enemy. STONE GOLOM stood his ground, providing time to SCREECHING VUTURE for Opportunity attack and Scavenge health.
In the 6th round when SCREECHING VULTURE came on the front, it had health of 9(+7 scavenged health).

Diamond League is On

With this victory I finally ended up in the Diamond League II for the very first time. I am very excited for the coming 50 season end reward cards.
