Yes. The ego mind can easily mistake a state of inner silence with thoughlessness, unproductivity and death, especially in a world where many people feel like needing stress to feel alive. From such a person's perspective, inner silence is dreaded.
Now that you word it that way I actually agree with you @alexaventuria.
When I am getting things done and taking things step by step, I have received comments about moving too slow but in my view, my body is just doing what it does and my mind is just doing what it does.
