SteemPower Investments - Weekly earnings report #26
Hello and welcome to this week SPinvest earning's report number 26. That marks half a year of producing these weekly reports and it's been a great joy to be able to post larger and larger number every week. The past 4-5 weeks have been floating around the 420-480 STEEM and this week is no different. I look forward to us smashing a 500 STEEM week.
Steem powered investments @spinvest has been set up to offer an investment fund based on funding from STEEM POWER. SteemPower Investments Earning's Report
Long story short, we are down this week on last week but it's ok and there is a good reason for it. The price of STEEM is up around 22 % right now compared to last week. Around 75% of our Daily Post payments come from tribe tokens. This week we totalled earnings of over 100 STEEM worth of Leo and 37 STEEM worth of Neo. As STEEM is up, tribe tokens are not worth as much in STEEM and this is the main reason for this weeks decline. This also tricks a lot of people into thinking that tribe tokens price are going down but they are only going down on a tribe token to STEEM ratio. Please for the love of God always check the dollar price, it's a much better measure of growth are the decline in most tribe tokens cases. If we had direct access to token history's on SE in the form of a chart, we would lose a lot of tribe tokens pretty quickly after people see that 95% are lossing money and lossing big when compared to launch prices. Sort of off subject, so leasing earning are the same, we are down to our last dlease lease and then we are done with that.
Everything else looks ok, nothing out of the norm. SPinvest posts earning are down a little but i was really try to hit 500 STEEM last week so i double posted a few days, lol.

so if the leases are all done the plan is to make up the difference with Steem curation and the different tribe curations?
what if steem keeps going up... think we will be able to hold that 20%?
No, we move over to off-market leases as we have been doing for the past....since HF21.
this maybe a weird question but why would someone pay you 20% off market when they can get 13% on market?
People will pay 16-17% off market because they can lease a large amount of SP and pay it off weekly instead of having to pay for it all at once. The other few percents are made up form post payouts and tribe accounts.
