SteemPower Investments - Weekly earnings report #21

Steem powered investments @spinvest has been set up to offer an investment fund based on funding from STEEM POWER. Investments are funded through extracting value out of STEEM POWER and taking advantage of STEEM's high inflation rate. The aim is not to get rich quick; the aim is to build a safe portfolio of investments that will stand the test of time while ensuring all investor's starting capital is not at risk. SteemPower Investments Earning's Report

Ok, so another better than an expected week, to be honest. I was thinking that last weeks 480 STEEM earning was a fluke and we would be back at the 400 mark this week but nope, 470 STEEM in earnings. This is for one reason, the sub-accounts being run by @jk6276.leo and @underground are killing it. If we had 5 more members like them, we'd be over the 100,000 tokens issued mark already, i can't thank these mofo's enough for the work they put in for us and the club. spinvest-Leo was about breaking even until around 2 weeks ago and a few things were changed and focus directed purely towards Leo tokens. JK tweaked the voting times and the results are superb, better than expected. spinvest-neo is playing from JK's rule book as far as curation but underground posts more so he earns decent post rewards in with his earning. You can see the total earning from post rewards over the 3 accounts are pretty much equal to earning from STEEM POWER.

You'll also notice that off-market earnings have decreased a little as ssg-community wanted to work out a new price saying dlease rates were only 12%. I understand why people do this but our leases are ongoing paid weekly, not paid for all at once. Anyways, after a little back and forth we have agreed on a final price, it's our rock bottom price and i confirmed we will not lower even if the dlease market drops to 5% as we earn more from other places. We agreed on 15% and i got us access to the there community upvoting bot :) It's about 200k SP strong and is a beast. Please notice that post-earnings from spinvest are up about 20 STEEM from last week keeping in mind that last weeks post earning were good. We've basically given something out with one hand (lease rate) and received in it back in the other hand (big upvotes). SSG is happy, we are pretty much no better are worse off and we look forward to working together in 2020.

I'm waiting for us to pass through a 500 STEEM earning's a week and it's coming, i can feel it in my bones.
