Steem powered investments @spinvest has been set up to offer an investment fund based on funding from STEEM POWER. SteemPower Investments Earning's Report
Looking at this week's earnings, they are pretty much the exact as last week. Last week's earnings show as 30 STEEM more because of spinvest-neo which was 3 weeks of Neo earnings added together. I'm happy enough with leasing earnings for the time being and will continue to work on the tribe accounts to get more earning coming in from there. SPinvest makes over 100 STEEM every week from posts alone so i have a few ideas for the tribe accounts that could help us there, even we can double are triple what they earn, it's better than nothing. This is penny-pinching time folks, say goodbye to dignity and hello to shame. lol.
Last i said i would into the spinvest-neo account and between me, @underground and @jk2676-leo we got it sorted. The first mining screenshot has been taken and im 95% sure that screenshot's will be taken on the 1st of every month with SPI mining rewards being paid out for the previous month on the 2nd of each month. This means a screenshot taken on the 1st of Dec will get paid out on the 2nd Jan if you are still delegating your Neoxian tokens.
This week im going to looking and focusing more toward spinvest-leo so check your DM's on discord @jk6276-leo. I think the mining rewards are set to high but that will be a hard one to get people to agree with to reduce so we'll need to earn more the old fashioned way and wing it and try different stuff until something sticks.
With that all said, it's been an ok week for earnings. It could be better so we can see what happens in the coming weeks.

Questions:
A) The are 1 Million SPI tokens on steem-engine.
929,975.95 are not yet sold. Received steem is directly converted to SP. Thus a little bit more than 70,000 sold steem are invested in steem power. The wallet is currently containing 72,954.561 SP.
So this account has gained about 3000 SP so far.
Right?
B) The fair value of 1 spi token is about 73/70 = 1.04 steem.
Right?
SPinvest holds off-platform investments and has 3 sub-accounts earning a little bit on top of that 73k SP. It's closer to 57k STEEM.
There are 64k SPI tokens issued so that's 13k gained so far, not a crappy 3k :) The number on the SE exchange does not include tokens that are for sale on the exchange at that time. It's around 4-5k i think.

Hold on a minute ... rewards earned in November are captured on 1st December and paid out on 2nd January if you are still delegating.
First of all, I understood that rewards were paid on 2nd of the same month after they were recorded on the 1st.
Secondly, it's a bit unfair when delegations have earned rewards in one month that the delegator does not receive their share of the benefits if, a month later, they have decided to stop delegating.
We take a screenshot on the 1st of each month, use that delegation to earn curation for 1 month and then pay out the delegator a mining reward on the 2nd of the next month.
If someone delegates 10k Neo and it's screenshot on the 1st and then they undelegated on the 3rd, you think it's unfair we don't pay them a mining reward the next month? Is that what your asking? Sorry, i might have got your wrong
I know @spinvest has the option to invest in Gold/Silver......
I was just wondering if the hashtag Steemsilvergold could be added to your post to make it faster to find ,doing just one search???

Again, just thinking....I pull up hashtag Steemsilvergold and that way I can quickly follow and or comment on members post, and the spinvest, spinvest-leo, spinvest-neo and spinvest-votes would probably all benefit from the added exposure of this tag😀
I used to use the SSG tag on all posts but stopped months ago, everyone knows about SPinvest already :)
