SteemPower Investments - Dlease and the role it plays for SPI

Leasing STEEM POWER is @spinvest's bread and butter

SteemPower Investments is based on delegating all of @spinvest's STEEM POWER in one shape, form are other to receive daily, weekly, monthly payments of upto 20% per year which are saved up and used for off platform investments. Each SPI token is priced at 1 STEEM and is backed by 1 STEEM POWER. Each SPI tokens true value is @spinvest wallet plus all investments divided by the amount of tokens issued. This project is only a few weeks old and has sold over 6000 SPI tokens so far. We are fast approaching the first target of 10,000 tokens issued when the token is revalued and the price will increase. This will be the only time you'll ever get SPI tokens for 1 STEEM each at ground level entry point.

So, to the subject of today's post. Dlease and the role it will play for SteemPower Investments. First off the actual market is the same on both dlease and minnowbooster. Think of it as a new frontend for minnowbooster for the leasing part of their business. To keep this simple, the plan is to lease 5,000+ SP amounts off market using my connections for longer term lease's (6+ months). This gives a nice monthly payout and requires no tracking after it's set up it is completely passive until the delegator whats to cancel to lease. Lease's for under 5,000SP will be done through dlease as i like the set up and i like the way it works. So far i placed filled 3 lease requests to give the website a good testing and i am very happy with the results. On thing that dlease does is, it auto updates your information without you having to refresh the page yourself. This for me is a big plus so i tend to leave tabs open if i think i'll visit them again and not having to refresh the page to make sure the information is up to date and is one thing less to do when time is money so wasting your time and get some SPI tokens before the price goes up. We can see in the top part that we have filled 3 lease requests that total 997.969 SP and daily payments are currently earning 0.757 STEEM per day. We are avgering a yearly payment/interest rate of 22.67% was is a good start. When you look toward the bottom you can see all the details and is difference between minnowbooster and dlease. There are only 5 details for each lease but they are the ones you need to know and this whole page is set up well to give direct details and information about your account.

They have done a good job with it and this will be the place i will use for filling on market leases. Dlease will play an important part in SteemPower Investments until there are around 100,000 tokens issued. I think i can fill round 50-75,000 off market myself and dlease could handle 20-30,000 if STEEM picks up a little based on the total amount of active leases. After that it will get harder to directly lease but there's always another layer to the plan and i'll move onto the next best paying thing but selling 100,000 will take some time no doubt so im sure my relationship with dlease will last for a very long time and it's timing is perfect. I know its been launched a few months but it's going really now being really pushed and promoted.

What's next?

I will hold off for around 1 week on getting any more lease's and save up what ever STEEM POWER is gained from SPI token sales so that we can do a 1000+SP lease and get over the 1 STEEM per day income mark. As the STEEM POWER balance is being saved it is not being wasted and is always set up to vote sell when @spinvest has over 90% voting power. Dont forget as well about our 5000SP lease that is locked in off market permo and pays 20 STEEM every single Sunday. Things are still picking up as new layers are added the SteemPower Investments and i hope that in a few months if SPI token sales stay consistent we will be rocking out with a decent daily income from dlease and everything else on top. The steem-engine wallet is growing better than i thought it ever would and all these airdrops have my head spinning, there must be 4-8 airdrops easy every month. There sure are alot of exciting things happening and great meeting and interacting with everyone that leaves a comment what ever it maybe.

How to invest into SteemPower Investments

I notice that different people invest in different ways and that there are 3 types of investors. Looks have a look and see how others are investing and getting involved with one of the only proper backed tokens on the steem-engine exchange. Some investors are all 3 types and super hardcore.

The big buyer Investor

The big buyer will normally buy directly from me as it's cheapest and they can buy directly from their STEEM wallet. The will buy a large amount over 100+ and then sit on them and HODL a while before making their next move. These investors are building holdings over time and tend to be my active investors that read my posts, leave comments and share their views and feedback. These are the future community of SPI.

The Convertor Investor

Convertor investors only deal through the steem-engine exchange by converting other tokens are airdrops into SPI tokens. Alot of active members on steemit use other front ends and tags to earn other tokens such as pal are leo, as time goes by they convert these rewards into SPI tokens to increase theirs holdings. I will be releasing a post soon containing all the details on how we can easily convert all the byteball airdropped tokens everyone on steemit received about a year back into SPI tokens. It'll be a community building venture and relationships will began to be formed.
