Awesome update. A great way to get people to increase their stake in SPI. Easy way to do it by having a portion of their SP in beneficiary which turns into SPI without any effort.

Every member should do this with a percentage on every post. It helps SPInvest and the entire ecosystem since all payouts come in mostly as SP.

It would be much better if we had the option in the steemit settings to add a beneficiary once to some setting and it automatically sent a percentage to spi-payments for once post uploaded instead of having to add it for every post.

And yea, all the payments in SP will be locked in this payments account. I hope it takes off, I'm worried, people will try it a few times and not bother adding in everytime they post. Fingers crossed

I've just tried this and made a mess of it - sorry!
Even with the steempeak templates, you have to name the beneficiary every post.
I've also put spinvest as the beneficiary and not spi-payments. I see @preparedwombat names his beneficiaries in the post body - I might add that to the template to remind me to add the beneficary each time.
Also, wondering about a live video session with @spinvest (you) as part of SteemCampUK. More info here.

Great idea, but how do you administer this? You would have to dig out all the micropayments you get and allocate to the different members. Sounds like a hell lot of work. Or do you have a bot for this?
