Below is a screenshot of where SPinvest has delegated SP to and each amount. i will break them down and explain how we earn from each one. Just as a point of interest, we currently hold a Paypal balance of £120.93 which is worth 1221 STEEM POWER but as it's not been converted yet, it's not included in this post.

Off-market SP leases

These are leases that we provide to a few different projects that have voting services and 1 personal account. These accounts are @ronaldoavelino, @ssg-community, @steem.leo and @steemcryptosicko. These total around 66,156 SP. Ronaldoavelino paid for 6 months upfront and the other 3 pay weekly.

Dlease

We only have 2 active dlease delegations in place which is a real shame as in the beginning, i would have thought dlease to be our primary source of income but that's the way it goes. The 2 leases are to @sbi7 for 1457 SP and @steem.leo for 1000 SP. These will end soon and dlease will become a thing of the past for SPinvest as better earning choices are available.

leo.voter

This is a voting bot set up by the SteemLeo tribe. You can delegate SP to this account it will pay you out daily in Leo tokens equal to an 18% yearly ROI in terms of STEEM. That means if you were to sell your daily payouts every day and convert into STEEM, your ROI would be 18%. We are stacking the LEO tokens instead for now with plans to cash some out at a later point. I think the target for this account should be around 10,000 SP to make it worth our time. This is currently our top-performing delegation investment.

sss-community

SPinvest currently delegates 30,000SP to this community upvoting bot but we also cut a deal that lets us delegate 2500SP in return for a daily upvote. They get their delegation a little bit cheaper in return but it's a good trade-off for us. This community bot is by far, the best in terms of ROI on steemit as the 2500SP we invested is earning us around 5 STEEM a day after curation rewards are paid. That's around 150 STEEM per month and is an ROI of 73%. There is a good reason for why the ROI is so high but it's a long story and not really required as ssg-community is a private bot for SSG members only and I'm not here to promote it, just sharing information about why SPinvest has SP delegated to it. Mr SP Invest has connections you know....

spinvest-leo

A few days ago, i delegated 2000SP over to the spinvest-leo account so that it can be used to help with the curation trial madness JK is creating with this account. He needs some SP in the account to have enough RC's to perform all the upvoting and transactions required. If never seen anyone burnout of RC's before so I'm really looking forward to the next spinvest-leo earning report.

That's the lot

We currently have 662 idle SP that is be used to earn a little curation. The leasing market is not what is once before and we might need to look into other ways of earning from our SP balance in the future. We currently have a few other options and testers will be required. We are nowhere near dead in terms of being able to offer a 20% ROI every year but it might require a little more work and effort but ultimately we could end up much better off.

Focus now is trying to get 10,000SP delegated to leo.voter. After i think CryptoSicko might take another 5000SP. Right now there are 5-8 good projects out there that would fill our needs so we have many things to look into with more detail.
