Arquitectura en la Montaña - El Muelle (Diseño propio) [ESP/ENG]
[ESP] ¡Buenos días, comunidad! Hoy quiero compartir una parte de lo que fue mi proyecto de séptimo semestre de arquitectura. Hasta ahora no había compartido nada con respecto a arquitectura más allá de la fotografía de algunos edificios que me parecen interesantes, pero quisiera comenzar a publicar algunas de mis ideas.

- Title: Architecture in the Mountain - The Pier (Own design)
Good morning, community! Today I want to share a part of my seventh semester project of architecture career. Until now I have not shared anything regarding architecture beyond the photography of some buildings that I find interesting, but I would like to start publishing some of my ideas.
[ESP] Para esta parte del proyecto mi idea principal fue la de un Muelle, un concepto simple, que toma la ciudad como un horizonte, como un océano.
[ENG] For this part of the project my main idea was that of a Pier, a simple concept that takes the city as a horizon, as an ocean.
[ESP] La ubicación planteada fue en el Parque Nacional El Ávila, en Caracas, Venezuela; la cual es mi ciudad natal. La idea es que este pabellón forme parte de la ruta de un sendero planificado, en un contexto de bastante vegetación y algunas quebradas.
[ENG] The proposed location was in El Ávila National Park, in Caracas, Venezuela; which is my hometown. The idea is that this pavilion become part of the route of a planned path, in a context of a lot of vegetation and some streams.
[ESP] A partir de los planos topográficos de la zona realicé un estudio de las pendientes, las rutas existentes para senderismo y la hidrografía del lugar, donde luego propuse una ubicación especifica en el parque, sin embargo, es un edificio que por su simplicidad y su adaptabilidad funciona para varias montañas y distintas pendientes.
[ENG] From the topographic plans of the area, I made a study of the slopes, the existing hiking routes and the hydrography of the place, where I later proposed a specific location in the park, however, it is a building that due to its simplicity and adaptability works for multiple mountains and different slopes.
[ESP] Es un plan de equipamiento para senderismo, en el edificio se pueden realizar distintas actividades asociadas a los deportes como la escalada, también esparcimiento, la contemplación, incluso para pernoctar. Entre las actividades que propuse estaba la escalada, por lo que cuenta con una pared de escalar de más de 12 metros en la fachada principal del edificio, también funciona para otros ejercicios más pausados como el yoga.
[ENG] It is an equipment plan for hiking, the building is designed to make different activities associated with sports such as climbing, also recreation, contemplation, even to spend the night. Among the activities I proposed was climbing, which is why it has a climbing wall of more than 12 meters on the main facade of the building, also allows other more leisurely exercises such as yoga.
[ESP] Los materiales para este proyecto son concreto armado, perfiles de acero y madera, asi de simple. Realicé una maqueta bastante práctica para el día de la presentación, en donde se mostraba la adaptabilidad a distintas inclinaciones del terreno.
No es muy usual utilizar tierra en una presentación, pero a los profesores y a mis compañeros les agradó.
[ENG] The materials for this project are reinforced concrete, steel and wood profiles, it's that simple. I made a fairly practical model for the day of the presentation, where the adaptability to different slopes of the terrain was shown.
It is not very common to use dirt in a presentation, but the teachers and my classmates liked it.
[ESP] El proyecto estaba compuesto por este edificio y otro con propósitos similares, equipamiento para senderismo, pero el otro involucra más la hidrografía del lugar. Decidí compartirlo en otra publicación para no hacerla demasiado extensa, así que entre mis próximas publicaciones podrán ver la continuación de este proyecto.
[ENG] The project consisted of this building and another with similar purposes, hiking equipment, but the other involves more the hydrography of the place. I decided to share it in another publication so as not to make it too extensive, so among my next publications you can see the continuation of this draft.
[ESP] Actualmente me tocará cursar el octavo semestre, todo se a aplazado un año por la pandemia y la verdad es que no he dedicado tiempo a practicar los programas de modelado tridimensional, quisiera comenzar a utilizar nuevas herramientas. Hive puede ser un gran incentivo como lo ha sido hasta ahora para la música, por ejemplo, así que quisiera compartir más de mis bocetos y dibujos de arquitectura, y que formen parte de mi blog, ya que puede ser un campo que le interesé a varios otros usuarios.

[ENG] Currently I will have to attend the eighth semester, everything has been postponed for a year due to the pandemic and the truth is that I have not spent time practicing the three-dimensional modeling programs, I would like to start using new tools. Hive can be a great incentive as it has been so far for music, for example, so I would like to share more of my architectural sketches and drawings, and make them part of my blog, as it may be a field of interest for several users.
