My Experience Of Healthy Sport! / My Last Record!

Everyone who exercises to stay healthy knows how satisfying it is to break our own records!

Hello friends!



After several months of recovery in my knees, after leaks and rest, I was finally able to run a distance that I could not overcome.

I always walked or ran short distances and finished my training with pain in my knees, but now I think I've overcome that bad stage of my health, and with this beautiful sunset as my witness, I share with you my most recent achievement!

Todos los que hacen ejercicios para mantenerse saludables saben lo satisfactorio que es romper nuestros propios records!

Después de varios meses de recuperación en mis rodillas, después de filtraciones y reposo, por fin pude correr una distancia que no podia superar.

Siempre caminaba o corría cortas distancias y terminaba el entrenamiento con dolor en mis rodillas, pero ahora creo que ya supere esa mala etapa de mi salud, y con este hermoso atardecer como testigo les comparto mi mas reciente logro!

I can't deny that practicing yoga has helped a lot in my recovery, I believe that this discipline is the best therapy for the body and its ailments as well as for the soul!

No puedo negar que practicar yoga ha ayudado mucho en mi recuperación, creo que esta disciplina es la mejor terapia tanto para el cuerpo y sus dolencias como para el alma!

Something that is also very important is the contact with nature, to appreciate those beautiful sunsets, to breathe outdoors, to touch the ground barefoot and to feel the grass under your feet, it is a renewing sensation!

I know that many people like to work out in a gym, but once in a while they should do it outdoors, in a park, in a forest or also at the shore of a beach would be great.

Algo que también es muy importante es el contacto con la naturaleza, apreciar esos bellos atardeceres, respirar al aire libre, tocar el suelo descalzo y sentir el césped bajo los pies, es una sensación renovadora!

Yo se que a muchos les gusta ejercitarse en un gimnasio, pero de vez en cuando deberían hacerlo al aire libre, en un parque, en un bosque o también a la orilla de una playa sería genial.


From my experience I can say that sport does heal, doing it in the way indicated by the experts!
